My understanding (and I could be wrong) is that the ASX listing gives us, as Aussie, access to the exist pool of shares when they are offered for sale. So no dilution.
Similar to Chi-X which access the same market but different exchange. How the mechanics work with individual transactions & Exchange Rates I'm not sure but probably the similar to Chi-X. Could be some sort of admin fee involved & added on like brokerage?
