They should have made around 25% in a month based on the time of the previous notice on 4/5. - Not sure about that, it's hard to tell as they have not quite been totally transparent with the substantial shareholding forms (they have not filled out the consideration part). However looking at AGO's share price from the 21.04.2018 to 04.05.2018 the share price rose between .029 to .036 giving them the benefit of the doubt lets say they weren't the ones that pushed the share price up considering the volume and their average entry price was .032. Now on the 07.06.2018 it looks like not enough shares changed hands on the opening for them to exit the position fully so lets say they were possibly the ones pushing the share price down... Maybe... and lets say their average exit was .032 considering the range was .027 to .035 also it stayed above the open until roughly 13.00. So with all my estimated guess's I would say they would have either broken even or possibly made a loss after expenses or maybe squeezed a small profit.....

Some one mentioned their fees (Section 9.1 of prospectus), Management fee 1.435% of fund value, regardless of performance, so .01435*1.313Bill = $18,841,550, now management don't see these fees until the offer costs of around $38mill are recouped so say two months. What is good is the reinvestment of some of the performance fees back into LSF.

So to all those who ask why I sold out after a couple of weeks, LSF bought 8.85% of a company and sold out after just over a month, I doubt anyone will ask why at their AGM.

Needless to say I'm still on the side waiting for an entry back in, eagerly....
