They have been doing a great job in the fund. Been meaning to do a post on this, but it got away from me. I especially like the feature that the manager is reinvesting all performance fees they earn back into the LIC. Great alignment feature. Only black mark is the performance fee structure which has no benchmark hurdle, just clipping positive performance.
