I suspect your right, might well have been a high demand from retail, but major funds baulked at taking sizeable chunck meaning big players did not see value and growth, even at $1.78.
This is somewhat warming to see markets operating conservatively, if it had listed and flopped both retail and major funds would not be happy. Need to wait for better quality floats to appear
