I do understand some processes take time.
However i don't understand one thing.
For sure they know by now how much was scaled back.
My concern is - they keep that money and they will return it later.
Why don't they return it now, so potential investors have funds to reinvest or to try to buy LIS shares on first day of trading, since assumption is it will grow.
