I am a holder of Li-S shares obtained from the PPK in-specie dividend.
I followed the steps on the Li-S website to fill in an application form starting with the 'Priority Offer' option.
I thought I would have to enter the SRN somewhere (starting with an I) as per my (Issuer sponsored) Li-S Holding Statement so they would know I am a priority holder.

During the process it asked me for a HIN (starting with an X) so I entered the HIN associated with my Commsec account.

My initial thought is the Priority Offer is the same as the Public Offer and there is no priority at all.

I am assuming the Automic registry system is going to cross check this to determine I am an existing (priority) shareholder using only my name and address. They will then add those existing Issuer sponsored holdings to the shares I have applied for and the total shares will appear in the CHESS Commsec account under the HIN. To this end I made sure the application Registration Details were identical to the Issuer sponsored Holding Statement which are identical to the CHESS (HIN) details.
