The ASX would be the problem. Broker mate reckons its not unusual these days. Compliance is off the charts and they cant keep up. If someone gets a headache, it can get into trouble quickly. The company would be chomping at the bit to list. You cant get a prospectus through to raise money without ASIC signing off on it and that does yonks ago. Its therefore has to be the asx.
The only thing fishy around here is the shop up the road.
