    1. Anyone want to take bets on how many shares we get under the Priority Offer? My gess is about 15% of what we actually apply for.

    2. Anyone know when we get the money back from escrow for unsucessful shares? Be super annoyed if our money is held over float, and not able to be used back on the market.
