Dave, From the prospectus it says of the 40 million shares offered, that:
'Up to 8,000,000 New Shares will be available to Eligible Shareholders under the Priority Offer'
That leaves 32 Million for the remaining 3 offers (general, Broker and institutional). Perhaps that is why it is taking so long to process, as they scale back the multitude of public offers.
My family have 2 seperate public applications and neither of them show any allocation information as yet, including any scale back.
Anyway, just a thought, I could be totally wrong here.
