I wouldn't let frustration cloud your judgement of a good investment as it is just a short-term feeling. There are a lifetime of missed opportunities but there are also a lifetime of opportunities.

Taught Buffet Lesson: In my early days of investing I applied for CSL shares in their float (1994). 10,000@$2.30 in the public offer. I got zero. The shares came on around $2.50 and got down into the $2.20's or so in the second week of trading (I try and blank out those memories so they are a bit hazy). I could have bought on the market at not a bad price (3 for 1 split in 2007 effectively puts the initial listing price not far from 85 cents!). But I was so annoyed I avoided CSL until the early 2000's when my frustrations had subsided somewhat and I ended up dipping my toe in the water and bought a lot less shares for around the same cost.

For a good read on Li-S batteries, the potential issues and different perspectives on the viability of the batteries, I found an article in the current issue of Batteries International. Pages 88-91 in the magazine (not the reader). It can be downloaded. There in no mention of Deakin or Li-S Energy battery using BNNT. Link is https://www.batteriesinternational.com/current-issue/. An interesting view is that of Sion Power who made the lithium-sulphur battery that was flown in the Zephyr (https://sionpower.com/2014/sion-powers-lithium-sulfur-batteries-power-high-altitude-pseudo-satellite-flight/) but they have gone away from Li-S batteries.

Man it's challenging trying to work out what's an apple, orange or lemon! Just my opinion.
