Interesting that they are pricing the IPO at 45 cents, which seems quite a premium to the usual 20 cent resource IPOs.

Will have over 100m shares on issue, some in escrow.

Not making any profits yet, and revenue is limited.

I also note that they are canvassing the President's List at 45 cents, though in Canada the President's List is often priced at a discount - but no discount here.

I've been watching this IPO.

But I'm thinking it is over-priced at 45 cents, and investing might do well to be cautious and wait, there may be shares in the 30 cent, and even 20 cent range within a short time. I'd be looking to "maybe" pick some up at about 18 cents.

I'll watch and wait on this. The Cannabis sector has been decimated recently, especially in Canada and the USA, and I don't see any pick up soon. Prices remain depressed.
