This simple fact is a game changer for the ED market.

Viagra was developed by Pfizer and is an FDA/TGA approved drug with its patent expired.
Pfizer and others have tried to develop a Viagra nasal spray for over 10 years but haven't been able to do it.
LTR Pharma are the only ones with the technology and have a 20 year patent. Also once they lodge their FDA application nobody else is able to lodge a Viagra nasal spray application for 3 years.

Below is the newsflow over the next 6 months :

• Bioequivalence Trial scheduled to commence first QTR 2024 (~FEB)
• The trial only takes 5 days.
• First patient enrolments
• First patient dosing
• Last patient dosing
• Trial results – say 30 days post
• Announcing First sales - They then plan for first sales under special access in Australia in 2^nd QTR 2024 (based on trial results), and move immediately to apply registration with the FDA (US).

LTR Pharma will have ongoing worldwide news coverage. The free press will be huge !
They won't have to spend one dollar on marketing just like Tesla doesn't.

Mayne Pharma in South Australia will be manufacturing the nasal spray and will immediately after IPO start producing a few trial batches of 30 to 40k each which will then be available to be sold into the Australian market after the successful February trial results. The trial only takes 5 days ! Results up to 30 days later. The profit margins are 90% !

The IPO proceeds of $7 mil could well be the only raise they ever do.
EV of $20 mil means LTR is set to fly high.
Extremely low overhead business with 90% margins.

LTR may not be listed for very long.
This will get taken out for many $.
