Trial results – say 30 days post
Announcing First sales - They then plan for first sales under special access in Australia in 2^ndQTR 2024 (based on trial results), and move immediately to apply registration with the FDA (US).

LTR Pharma will have ongoing worldwide news coverage. The free press will be huge !
They won't have to spend one dollar on marketing just like Tesla doesn't.

Mayne Pharma in South Australia will be manufacturing the nasal spray and will immediately after IPO start producing a few trial batches of 30 to 40k each which will then be available to be sold into the Australian market after the successful February trial results. The trial only takes 5 days ! Results up to 30 days later. The profit margins are 90% !

The IPO proceeds of $7 mil could well be the only raise they ever do.
EV of $20 mil means LTR is set to fly high.
Extremely low overhead business with 90% margins.

LTR may not be listed for very long.
This will get taken out for many $.
