but my understanding is Mckinnon and Allen are there to play a more Integral Role Including Business Development.

The writedowns and debt of one entity could become the opportunity for a new entity, after a restructure and some new management

Sure Highly speculative play, regardless of the Recapitalisation and any TOX influence I think the IPO Investors here are well insulated,
ALL EXISTING SHARES ESCROWED not the cash rule, not a percentage ALL and the market cap quite reasonable at 33 m EV

They aim to be profitable by Q4 2020 and the milestone shares are very challenging if they deliver the goods for performance

Waste shares seem dull but id rather have a good crack at this than buy cleanaway etc which are fully priced.

Should be some good upside here
