I'm not sure it will go anywhere fast. They have to progressively build the portfolio. I also think they will hold a lot of cash for a while given the very high levels the US Market is at. It would suit them down to the ground if there was a big correction in the US Market and they could pick up some target stocks at fair value. This has got to be a long term play rather than a stag opportunity.
