Automic does things a little confusingly.
1) when you apply, it records it under Application shares
2) when you pay, they zero out your Application shares, and add them to Payment shares
3a) if you get scaled back, they'll zero out your Payment shares and move them back to Application
3b) if you get shares, they'll move it from Payment to Initial Public Offering Completion shares
