EXTENSION OF OFFER PERIOD
Manuka Resources Ltd (ASX: MKR) (“Manuka” or “the Company”) lodged a prospectus with ASIC on 23 March 2017 ("Prospectus") to raise a minimum of $10,000,000 (before costs) through the issue of 50,000,000 shares at $0.20 each. Oversubscriptions of up to $3,000,000 may be accepted ("Offer").
The Prospectus outlined an indicative timetable for the Offer which was subject to the Company’s right to vary the closing date of the Offer, initially proposed to be 12 May 2017.
The Company wishes to advise that the closing date for the Offer has been extended to 5.00pm (WST) on 19 May 2017, subject to the right of the Company to close the Offer early or further extend the closing date.
Subject to the ASX Listing Rules, the Company anticipates that the Offer will be completed in accordance with the following revised indicative timetable:
