Moelis Australia is set to push ahead with plans for an ASX-listing.
The investment bank and funds manager is seeking to raise $58.8 million via the sale of a 20 per cent stake in the company.
It is expected to lodge a prospectus with ASIC early next month and seek a listing in April.
Moelis Australia staff and its US head office will own the other 80 per cent.

Considering they are only getting rid of 20 percent, I think I would have an interest in this. Doubt I will get a look in.. I wonder who will be the lead manager ;-)
