Don’t think the escrow had anything to do with KTD. Look at the volume first couple days. It turned over the entire company. There were plenty flippers, but even more buyers.
As MG said if the seed is in the right hands it’s irrelevant if it’s escrow or not. Generally a company will only escrow up to ASX requirements unless it’s directors or insiders who may voluntarily escrow.
