What's the rationale Torian spins off these projects to MMG? It's very odd given Torian itself focuses at gold exploration as well.
And, Peretz is CEO of Torian and Chairman of MMG. Conflict of interest?
This chairman is also very young, seems inexperienced in mining/geo, depite he has done some money raising.
