Kerr owns around 50M indirectly and Elliot 10M, again indirectly.

Probably an ordinary shareholder not willing to take the risk on the quarterly IMO
Interesting perhaps that .008 wasn't breached in the sell-off, couldn't say what if anything might be read into that though.
