    Insiders are listing this company to cash out , and to run away with their $ millions ... only a small amount of the cash raised will go into the company .... only one insider is staying to continue running the business .... everyone else is grabbing the loot & fleeing ...

    .... wouldn't go anywhere near this stock ...
