Boards also change frequently as the company evolves. I noticed Terry Walsh is on the NC6 board as well, look him up, very impressive bio and also sits on Hazer's board.
Ultimately, one should look beyond a single member of a company, and focus the CEO and lead manger taking the stock to market.
NC6's CEO (ex ** Clothing VP) is apsolutly the right man for the job IMO. I meet with him in Melbourne and there is no question he is the guy.
Then you have Mac Equity leading the show. They backed one of the most successful stocks in ASX history SMN, and listed Hazer which is a monster.
You honestly think these guys would let a single member ruin this? No chance.
