    Great news finally. Should have happened 2 years ago when anything EV related was running hot.

    Nevertheless, listing will provide liquidity for existing holders who want to get out.

    Great to $4.5m cornerstoned.

    However, listing will see price fall rapidly as existing shareholders who have been locked up seek an exit at any price.

    Dilution but at least liquidity via IPO.
