I have done an analysis of this stock, albeit using prospectus data.
I calculated an NPV of around $5-$5.2 per share.
The reasons for the fall are simple - it is way over priced.
I do like this company, hence why I am looking at it, but I will wait until it is priced in the 4's before buying. If they reach their proforma targets however, I would probably buy below $5.50
