agreed that you need to invest in cost/staff to grow. They generated about 2.8m in revenue with an expense base of 10m on staff. do they expect to keep this cost flat while growing to 20m revenue?
just to reiterate I am just having a healthy debate... I am very interested in the company and looking to invest but this big jump in expense was a little concerning.
