4 of the 5 members of the Board own a combined 34.5% of the company. Although it didnt meet max subscription, Im feeling confident about this. About 59% of shares are escrowed for atleast 6-8 months, with about 50% of all shares escrowed for 24 months. Looking forward to this company.
