Sharetrade101 Gip are obviously sitting on a lot of crucial details. They have been talking about the spin off since September 2010 so it not as if they have not had the time to work them out.
They could also state the number of shares in the new IPO and how the pro rata will work.
As it is looks like they might hold the details back till no one has the time to complain about them.
