Out of this world they let a Richard Branson float Virgin Galactic considering he hasn't got a launchable aircraft but is charging people $250k! And that is somehow worth $2bn!
Maybe the difference is some people's risk tolerance levels are from Earth to Pluto and yours is only to Uranus?
