I'm pleased to confirm that you were right about the allocation policy (at least for small parcels).

I received the full allocation that I applied for, albeit a small application ($3K, 6000 shares). Whilst still no official notification received, I've noticed they've popped up in my 'Account position' page on e-trade (DirectShares).

I'd imagine you will all find the same if you check. I hope you all received your requested portions.
