The MRG situation had nothing to do with the 'organic bandwagon'. It was merely a company that underperformed financially due to externalities such as extreme weather which reduced the harvest size and revenue etc which naturally would cause the SP to drop significantly. Obviously there was more to it with mgmt such as debt, high IPO price and the like but yes any investment is subject to risk however the MRG/OLI analogy is not one to merit a decision on. GLTAH
