I'd be surprised if it didn't stag but I'm prepared to top up below 20c. IPO was raised quickly in the current shitty market, therefore investor's funds haven't been tied up for long so more inclined to be patient with sp. Seed investors escrowed for 3 months. Most loyal customers probably not even considering selling. It's the right time for a healthy fast food chain to be positioned in between every KFC and Maccas. Go Olivers!
