I'm in two minds Alleyoops..

The IPO was supposed to raise roughly $200m, minus the costs required in listing etc.
They've received almost that amount just for Spearfish (albeit half~ in shares) without the hassle of listing.

On the other hand, we've given up what could've been a strong source of revenue.

I just hope they spend this money wisely, where exactly has the $300m+ they claim to have made over the past 3 years gone asides from development and canadian acquisition?
The SP has certainly seen no appreciation.
