I don't see this as being anything other than a cash consuming dog (which I reluctantly hold a negligble quota from the WFD demerger). I think there is meant to be approx. 105m shares issued, $160m cash injected, and no debt - so in 'theory', something closer to $1.50 per share. However, I wouldn't be surprised there is a large disparity (to the downside) with what it actually lists and trades at.
