ASX/ASIC should look into imo.
Hard to blame an in-liquid micro cap IPO that's sold down on a small volume. But this is a bigger issue, this is a massive sell down on big volume. Someone has dropped the ball, my bet is Shaw's barely looked under the bonnet of this because it's a buy now pay later company and they saw an easy deal and fee.
