For all the talk about the dismal financials of OPY - and of course they are, that's the point of going to the market to try turn that around - the reality is, if you applied the same rigour to the likes of ISX or APT at the time they listed, you'd be saying the same thing and that they never should have been allowed to list. Of course hindsight allows us to say otherwise, and for the better, since those companies have delivered enormous gains, but at what point do you shut out companies from listing because their accounts aren't overly endearing or just plain ugly? That'd wipe out 90% of the IPOs listing
