Just a note on the PWC report in the prospectus;

The audit opinion for the year ended 30 June 2019 included an emphasis of matterdrawing attention to the ability of Openpay Pty Ltd to continue as a going concern being dependent uponOpenpay Pty Ltd undertaking an IPO; refinancing existing debt facilities and successfully obtaining newdebt facilities.

I interpreted that as their early debtors calling in their cash as the business was nearly bankrupt and not showing any signs of turning, and an IPO was their only remaining option. More than happy to be wrong.
