Just looking around and note PNV would be a more closely aligned peer to OSX than NXS. Very similar businesses but different medical products. PNV would be a better benchmark for OSX.
PNV focusses on skin regeneration whereas OSX on bone regeneration. Both have FDA CE and ISO certifications and are undergoing further clinical trials and global expansion
PNV has a market capitalisation of $1.41 Billion (~$15m FY19 revenue) compared to OSX $104 Million (~$1.1m FY19 revenue)
Maybe OSX is cheap relative PNV
