"The current CEO is stepping down which from my understanding, is not before time." I hope you are living up to your nic johnny ? To be fair to the current CEO he has been the driving force pushing this company along for 18 years. That has involved a lot of work, a lot of meetings, a lot of travelling overseas to be able to grow the company and establish its presence in the US. I think he deserves a chance to have a bit more of a relaxing life now and to go hunting freely which is one of his passions. Sure after 18 years there is some value in having a fresh approach so long as the new CEO selected has the vital skills to add to what has been set by the current man.
