To be fair to the current CEO he has been the driving force pushing this company along for 18 years. That has involved a lot of work, a lot of meetings, a lot of travelling overseas to be able to grow the company and establish its presence in the US.
I think he deserves a chance to have a bit more of a relaxing life now and to go hunting freely which is one of his passions. Sure after 18 years there is some value in having a fresh approach so long as the new CEO selected has the vital skills to add to what has been set by the current man.

My understanding is that the new CEO has been working along side David Darling for some time so should be a smooth transition
