my bad
I thought I could remember something about a seamless transition and thought I could remember it being said about that.
so no I got that wrong it appears they are still looking for the new CEO

here is some of the original announcement from 12th April and I have had another look and can't see that there has as yet been another CEO chosen...must have dreamed it

from April 12th......
I believe that it is the right time for me to
begin the process of succession to ensure a seamless transition over the next
12 months. I look forward to seeing the company's continued growth and
development in the ensuring years."

The Board will commence a formal process to appoint the best and most capable
person to fill this role and will update the market in due course.
