    Yes you are certainly dreaming there Few Pennies. No David Darling, as it indicates in that message he released, was simply announcing his intention to retire to give the Board the chance to advertise and find a suitable new CEO. The idea being that David could work along with the person in a transition phase before fully handing over. David is going to be available as a consultant to PEB after he steps down from running the company.
