hi any reason QRI is the best. i am checking the price its only $1.62 vs $1.60. Its distribution yield has come down to around the 5.5% mark due to investing in more secured loans(like MXT).

but yep i got all my PGG allocation as well and am confident it'll do well. the first ann on day 1 will be interesting, if they've invested the 40% of the funds by listing date, this will be critical achievement.

I am expecting $2.04 to $2.05 if they give the 40% invested announcement.
