    yep .massively. last IPO PCI is $1.16 ish vs $1.10 offer, plus the monthly dividend....
    This is more in line with PCI as its private senior secured debt, not volatile stuff, so it should stag.
    Better than MXT,NBI and GCI, a bit more riskier those ones.
