    So Nige456, excuse my basic question, I'm a financial novice - are you saying this is a low risk investment because it is secured debt but also will not provide a good income (it should stag)?
    I may not have the debt dots connected correctly, but any concerns with private debt funds with the potential for a global Trump led recession as per 2008 GFC?
