I was keen to get in on the IPO for this one, so I downloaded the prospectus, arranged funds and followed the directions. One line in the fine print said, "The IPO Offer opens on 18 December 2020 and is expected to close on 22 December 2020."

To be sure, I started checking the provided link on about the 15 December, only to come up with an error message. Kept trying every day until today, which is the shut-off date. Each day from the 18th I went onto the Automic chat line to tell them about the error message. "We're busy but we'll get back to you soon."

Today I finally received a one-line answer. "The Pentanet IPO has closed early due to popularity."

As far as I can tell, it was never open.
