It looks like plenti is mostly self funding the loans now - one big deposit some time after funds available dry up. When investors were providing funds there was a constant drip of small amounts leading to a temporary low rate from those who chose the automatic reinvestment setting at market rate.
I think plenti is now a self funded "broker" with business return on capital 6.5% less operation costs
