I looked at the La Trobe P2P loans but the requirement to print & sign an agreement for each loan just wasn't practical plus the rates on Balmain Private were better & they have non residential loans for better diversification.
Truepillars was another great platform until COVID-19 hit and business ground to a halt, they are now moving out of unsecured business loans & focussing on (pooled) secured business loans.
For me in the current economic climate the minimum I'm willing to accept is 7.0% on a first mortgage with a maximum LVR of 60%. I'm no longer lending money on an unsecured basis & won't until unemployment is sub 6%.
