When they have these IPO's that are in such demand I don't know why they don't close the offer straight away on hitting the maximum rather than leaving it open & giving everyone a tiny allocation.
PLT members allocation is $5m, shouldn't take long to fill that.
I suspect a lot of members will have withdrawn funds from the platform due to the low rates now paid & will invest.
