Yes, La Trobe requires a signature for each loan. But, we just sign their paperwork with a scanned copy of our signature which is saved to our hard drive, and email it to them as an attachment. La Trobe is very conservative, and don't entirely move with the times, but their investments do work. We only invest in their properties at interest rates of 8% or more.

We looked at Balmain Private some time ago. We have just glanced at their site again, following your comment. They seem to have enlarged their portfolio and matured somewhat. So, perhaps it is time that we revisit them.
